Mushroom, Roast Onion, Red Wine & Spinach Pot Pie

Our Mushroom, Roast Onion & Red Wine Pie is cosy, comforting & delicious. The perfect thing to get you through these cold wintry evenings! We start by roasting red onions, then slow cook them with big pieces of field mushrooms in a rich red wine and rosemary gravy. Finally, we stir through some baby spinach leaves and then top with flaky, latticed puff pastry and carraway seeds.
