Pumpkin, Quince, Green Olive & Kofta Tagine

Harissa spiced ‘meatballs’ on a spiced bed of roasted quince and pumpkin, slow cooked chickpeas and caramelised carrots. Sweetened with a splash of maple syrup and topped with toasted walnuts and green olives. A perfectly cosy and warming dish for cold winter’s evening.
