Our Mushroom, Roast Onion & Red Wine Pie is cosy, comforting & delicious. We start by roasting red onions, then slow cook them with big pieces of field mushrooms in a rich red wine and rosemary gravy. Finally, we stir through some baby spinach leaves and then top with flaky, puff pastry and carraway seeds.
A bottle of red wine and an open fireplace. (And a simple green salad if the mood strikes you)
Our Mushroom & Roast Onion Pie comes in a 1.2kg serve. It's perfect for sharing with family, or to share between two and heat up the next day. There are 3-4 good size serves to a portion.

Mushrooms, red onions, puff pastry (vegan), sunflower seeds, spinach, red wine (vegan), garlic, Massel stock powder, rosemary, thyme, bay leaves, olive oil, caraway seeds, black pepper, salt, sugar.

Cook from frozen. Remove compostable bag & place in compost where possible, or return to the Plant Kitchen team when they deliver your next order.
Heat oven to 180°C and cook, uncovered, for 45-60 minutes, or until piping hot and pastry golden.
