Our take on an Indian Takeaway classic. No butter, or chicken, but plenty of flavour! We cook jackfruit in a luscious curry sauce of tomato, coconut cream and spices.

Serving sizes

Our 'Butter' Jackfruit is currently available as a "small" 650g, or "large" 1 kg portion. The small size will serve two to three people and the large four to five people when accompanied by rice or naan.

Ingredients & Allergens

Jackfruit, crushed tomatoes, cashews, coconut cream, onion, coconut yoghurt, olive oil, onion, garlic, ginger, garam masala, turmeric, fenugreek, lime juice, sugar, salt.

Cooking Instructions 

On the Stove Top: Defrost in the fridge overnight. Place in a saucepan, warm over medium heat until piping hot.
