A classic lasagne with a twist. We make a rich and flavoursome bolognese sauce from minced sunflower seeds, cooked for hours with tomatoes, herbs and red wine. Then we layer it with sheets of pasta and a dairy-free bechamel sauce.
Our classic lasagne weighs 1.2kg and is suitable for 2 very large serves (if you don't wish to have accompaniments), 3 regular serves, or 4 serves with accompaniments.
A simple rocket salad with pear slices and a little balsamic vinegar. And a great red wine.

From frozen: remove compostable bag and cover with aluminium foil or another, clean aluminium tray. Preheat oven to 180°C and bake for 40-50 minutes, or until warmed through. Remove foil for last 10 minutes of baking.
