A warming lasagne of roasted pumpkin, rich sunflower seed bolognaise, spinach and cashew bechamel. Great for dinner parties or lazy Sunday nights with a glass of red. No accompaniments required.
Serving size - Our Pumpkin & Spinach Lasagne weighs 1.2kg and is suitable for 2 very large serves (if you don't wish to have accompaniments), 3 regular serves, or 4 serves with accompaniments.
We just open a bottle great shiraz. But if you're feeling healthier than we are, try a simple rocket and fennel salad, with a couple of slices of orange and some capers.

Cook from frozen. Remove compostable bag & place in compost where possible, or return to the Plant Kitchen team when they deliver your next order.
Preheat oven to 180°C. Cover with aluminium foil. Bake for 60-80 minutes, until piping hot. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes until golden.
