We slow roast whole cauliflower until tender, then baste with a delicious combination of maple syrup, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil and garam masala, before briefly returning to the oven. Finally. we place our Cauli on a bed of creamy turmeric daal. Just heat through and serve.
Our Roast Cauliflower & Turmeric Daal weighs over 1kg and is suitable for two to three people, probably with some leftovers for the next day.
